I only watched this because The Canon podcast covered it, and I was angry at the person who suggested it. I agree with all your criticisms, which makes me wonder why you included it on such a limited list.
I’ve recently annoyed some people at another movie site by contradicting their asides about the current year, or recent ones before it, being so bad. That was for the world as a whole, and I’d love to do the same for your own country, but unfortunately as an American I know less about comparing the current UK to that of the eighties. I do think it probable that most indices would still show an improvement though.
